CONCOURS D’ELEGANCE CRITERIA
A “Concours d’ Elegance” is a formally judged competition more demanding than a general show. Trained judges examine the vehicle thoroughly and in its entirety. They rate each component (interior, exterior, engine and storage). Only those judged perfect (or nearly so) in every way are eligible for trophy class. In addition to a trophy a participant will experience an even greater pride of ownership, bragging rights and, in some cases, value added to the car. In order to be accepted to a Concours d’Elegance the exotic car must meet all criteria listed above and comply with the exacting standards required for this competitive environment.
